Frequently Asked Questions

The booking form needs to be completed and returned 21 days prior to arrival.

You need to ensure you include arrival and departure details to allow us to coordinate the Guest Liaison staff to greet you, or if travelling to Airlie Beach arrange key pick up.

You need to include credit card details to act as the bond/security for the property and complimentary buggy (Golf Buggy applies only to Hamilton Island).

We require at least one drivers licence to be completed.

  1. Peak-Season applies to the following periods;
    • Christmas/New Year
    • Easter
  2. Mid-Season applies to average school holiday period in NSW and Queensland.
  3. Low-Season applies to all other dates.

30% deposit is due at the time of booking; the final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hibiscus-6 for five nights. For a family of five the accommodation with the great ocean side view was perfect. Very spacious, neat and clean. Two of our days in Hamilton Island were completely washed out due to heavy and consistent rain, however staying indoors most of the time didn’t let us feel us trapped. Both the bathrooms were big and clean, and kids loved the shower pressure. For our special dietary needs the fully equipped, spacious and spotless kitchen was suitable. Large sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, cloths drier, two TV’s, and ample of power points, just made us feel at home. We did not watch any DVD’s but for a young family there is a good collection. The location is great and close to the Resort Centre, resort pools, and many activities. We prefer to walk, but the complimentary buggy with this accommodation made our mobility easier, especially when brining groceries from the local IGA supermarket. The property is very close to the beach, and going to the building’s outdoor private pool & spa was a great fun for the whole family. If you like wildlife and bird watching, this place will not disappoint you. Will we consider to stay here again in the future?... Definitely YES !

Very happy with our recent stay at Airlie Getaway. The property was clean & tidy and the view was exceptional. Position wise it was close to everything, but far enough away to be quiet & peaceful

Beautiful location. Bit of an uphill walk but well worth it. (Also worth the $7 taxi ride up when you get sick of walking it).
Accomodation was clean and so comfortable. Bed and pillows amazing. The spa and infinity pool were awesome.
Really liked the keypad to get in. No worrying about who has the key!
View was fantastic.
Highly recommend.

Amazing place to stay . So close to the main strip and clubs but still quiet when you want to just relax in comfort. The staff will ring to make sure everything is good. Weve stayed here twice and wont hesitate to book again .Highly recommend
