Do we need to complete the booking form?
The booking form needs to be completed and returned 21 days prior to arrival.
You need to ensure you include arrival and departure details to allow us to coordinate the Guest Liaison staff to greet you, or if travelling to Airlie Beach arrange key pick up.
You need to include credit card details to act as the bond/security for the property and complimentary buggy (Golf Buggy applies only to Hamilton Island).
We require at least one drivers licence to be completed.
What are the peak and off-peak seasons?
- Peak-Season applies to the following periods;
- Christmas/New Year
- Easter
- Mid-Season applies to average school holiday period in NSW and Queensland.
- Low-Season applies to all other dates.
What type of deposit is due and when is final payment required?
30% deposit is due at the time of booking; the final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
What is the cancellation policy?

Most lux accommodation we've had. LOVED the decor and furnishings!!! Great view of the ocean while sitting on the patio. It was a tranquil, visually stunning retreat. Even the hair products were gentle, but no face cloths, lol! We had a lovely 3 day stay. Thank you!

Mediterranean Resorts in Airlie Beach, what a perfect place for holidays. The house is gorgeous, the view is breathtaking, the furniture is beautiful, reminding you of a beach house with touches of sophistication. The host was easy to contact, and very thoughtful. Couldnt fault anything at all. My friends and I had an amazing time and will for sure come back.

Gorgeous apartment with very comfortable furnishings and great facilities in an outstanding location. It has exceptional views over Shingley beach out to the spectacular Coral Sea! A convenient and scenic walk to everything in Airlie. Host response was friendly and fast. Would revisit in a heartbeat! 💕

We stayed only 4 nights in July but the next time the apartment would be our choice again for a longer stay. It is up a steep hill and therefore quiet at night, but close to the shopping and dining area, a Woolworth is very close. The apartments balcony, living and dining room are directed to the bay, the view is stunning. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms, a nice kitchen- enough space and comfort to stay longer. The communication and check-in and -out were very nice and easy. The big infinity pool for all apartments was really great. We would recommend this apartment definitely!

Convenient location to boat ramp and beach. Close to Dingo Beach Hotel if you choose to eat out or enjoy atmosphere of live music on weekends.
