Frequently Asked Questions
Do we need to complete the booking form?
The booking form needs to be completed and returned 21 days prior to arrival.
You need to ensure you include arrival and departure details to allow us to coordinate the Guest Liaison staff to greet you, or if travelling to Airlie Beach arrange key pick up.
You need to include credit card details to act as the bond/security for the property and complimentary buggy (Golf Buggy applies only to Hamilton Island).
We require at least one drivers licence to be completed.
What are the peak and off-peak seasons?
- Peak-Season applies to the following periods;
- Christmas/New Year
- Easter
- Mid-Season applies to average school holiday period in NSW and Queensland.
- Low-Season applies to all other dates.
What type of deposit is due and when is final payment required?
30% deposit is due at the time of booking; the final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
What is the cancellation policy?

We stayed only 4 nights in July but the next time the apartment would be our choice again for a longer stay. It is up a steep hill and therefore quiet at night, but close to the shopping and dining area, a Woolworth is very close. The apartments balcony, living and dining room are directed to the bay, the view is stunning. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms, a nice kitchen- enough space and comfort to stay longer. The communication and check-in and -out were very nice and easy. The big infinity pool for all apartments was really great. We would recommend this apartment definitely!

Very happy with our recent stay at Airlie Getaway. The property was clean & tidy and the view was exceptional. Position wise it was close to everything, but far enough away to be quiet & peaceful

Perfectly located within walking distance to a great variety of eateries, the lagoon, shops, markets etc. Also opposite a bus stop for tour pick up’s. Well —appointed, clean and stylish apartment, with amazing views and a beautiful swimming pool. AccomWhitsunday staff were friendly and efficient, with reminders and advising of any possible disruptions. Highly recommended!

A wonderful stay… It was our honeymoon and they put some welcome wine in the place which was a lovely surprise and the location for Airlie centre is simply fantastic! The place was wonderful and we hope to return sometime in the future! 100% recommend!
