Frequently Asked Questions
Do we need to complete the booking form?
The booking form needs to be completed and returned 21 days prior to arrival.
You need to ensure you include arrival and departure details to allow us to coordinate the Guest Liaison staff to greet you, or if travelling to Airlie Beach arrange key pick up.
You need to include credit card details to act as the bond/security for the property and complimentary buggy (Golf Buggy applies only to Hamilton Island).
We require at least one drivers licence to be completed.
What are the peak and off-peak seasons?
- Peak-Season applies to the following periods;
- Christmas/New Year
- Easter
- Mid-Season applies to average school holiday period in NSW and Queensland.
- Low-Season applies to all other dates.
What type of deposit is due and when is final payment required?
30% deposit is due at the time of booking; the final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Fabulous apartment far exceeds my expectations, the views from the terrace were spectacular, the apartment was well equipped, there was even a foldable stroller and portable cot in the utility room, only one tiny little criticism, could do with a new set of sharp knives/bread knife. 100% I’ll book this apartment again on my next visit to Arlie. 🤞it’s available.
The communications from Accom Whitsundays were second to none.

Had a lovely stay at the Hayman Views. Was a well set up house, lots of space upstairs. Beds were comfortable and the view was outstanding. Appreciated the safe courtyard/backyard for our toddler to roam around. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and linen. Would look at booking again next airlie trip.

We absolutely loved our stay at this fabulous apartment in the heart of Airlie Beach! The location could not be more perfect — right in the centre of everything, making it so easy to explore this beautiful part of Queensland.
The apartment itself is modern, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. If you’re looking for a place that’s stylish, practical, and perfectly positioned, this is an absolute must-see. The only minor drawback is a bit of karaoke noise from nearby bars, but it’s all wrapped up by 10pm and honestly didn’t impact our enjoyment at all.
We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Brilliant location.
Everything you need for your holiday is in this unit including ensuite bathrooms, coffee machine, washer/dryer .... and those views!
Restaurants underneath for all occasions and a short walk to shopping, restaurants and lagoon.
The Staff at Accom Whitsundays are amazing and can assist you with recommendstions for tours and restaurants.
We will return 😃

We really enjoyed our stay here. The beds were so comfortable and the AC was a dream. All the amenities you need. The view was beautiful. The pool was also great. The communication was exceptional. The only down side was the lack of wifi but very minor issue. Thank you.
