Conveniently close to one of the areas two shopping precincts yet far enough away to escape it all, Austinmer Cannonvale is the perfect home away from home with a Balinese style.

With polished timber floorboards, a large kitchen with induction cooking perfect for the most apsiring chef, Foxtel and WiFi you will feel at home here. If you prefer to dine alfresco there is a large wrap around balcony with BBQ.

The first bedroom includes a queen size bed with tv set up for the lazy nights watching Netflix.

The second bedroom features tri bunks with tv set up including Netflix.

The bathroom includes a separate shower and a bath for the kids. With separate laundry downstairs under the house with washing machine and dryer for your use.

Austinmer is a 10 minute stroll from the Whitsunday Shopping Centre, a 15 minute walk from Cannonvale Beach, and a must-do excursion from Airlie Beach along the picturesque Bicentennial Boardwalk.

Please note:

• The bedrooms do not have air conditioning but a ceiling fan for your comfort.
• The property is a four bedroom house however two of the bedrooms are not for guest use.
• The property is only accessible by stairs.

As the properties are self-contained, daily housekeeping is not included however each property contains a few essentials to get you through the first night. This includes toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and washing powder (if the property has laundry facilities). You may need to purchase extra supplies for the duration of your stay.
