Frequently Asked Questions

The booking form needs to be completed and returned 21 days prior to arrival.

You need to ensure you include arrival and departure details to allow us to coordinate the Guest Liaison staff to greet you, or if travelling to Airlie Beach arrange key pick up.

You need to include credit card details to act as the bond/security for the property and complimentary buggy (Golf Buggy applies only to Hamilton Island).

We require at least one drivers licence to be completed.

  1. Peak-Season applies to the following periods;
    • Christmas/New Year
    • Easter
  2. Mid-Season applies to average school holiday period in NSW and Queensland.
  3. Low-Season applies to all other dates.

30% deposit is due at the time of booking; the final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Our family of four had a great stay in a huge three bedroom, sea view apartment in Airlie beach. We celebrated New Year’s Eve and the spacious kitchen had everything we needed for cooking a big dinner for eight. The complimentary bottle of bubblies was a nice treat for the evening! Thank you 😊

Apartment was very clean and well equipped. Kids loved swimming in the complex pool. Our stay was very lux and comfortable. Can absolutely recommend Accom Whitsundays to everyone!

Lovely, spacious, clean and peaceful location with pretty view from balcony. Has a nice pool and the accommodation provides everything you need in the way of cooking accessories, washing clothes and in general a homely comfortable vibe. Will keep coming back for sure.

Gorgeous apartment with very comfortable furnishings and great facilities in an outstanding location. It has exceptional views over Shingley beach out to the spectacular Coral Sea! A convenient and scenic walk to everything in Airlie. Host response was friendly and fast. Would revisit in a heartbeat! 💕

Convenient location to boat ramp and beach. Close to Dingo Beach Hotel if you choose to eat out or enjoy atmosphere of live music on weekends.

The apartment was beautiful with a stunning view over the harbour, the beds were comfortable and the communication from the host fantastic. The location was perfect, no need to climb any hills, the apartment was close to the shops and the restaurants. The pool and spa was clean and tidy with plenty of room and was a welcome cool off in the afternoon. Over all I loved staying here and we will definitely be back again to stay with you in this beautiful part of Australia.

Amazing stay!!! This has got to be the best place to stay at airlie, the view is unbelievable and the room is clean and large enough to comfortably fit 6 adults.
Very much worth the price, which mind you is very cheap for what you get.

Would definitly recommend to anyone looking!
