Frequently Asked Questions

The booking form needs to be completed and returned 21 days prior to arrival.

You need to ensure you include arrival and departure details to allow us to coordinate the Guest Liaison staff to greet you, or if travelling to Airlie Beach arrange key pick up.

You need to include credit card details to act as the bond/security for the property and complimentary buggy (Golf Buggy applies only to Hamilton Island).

We require at least one drivers licence to be completed.

  1. Peak-Season applies to the following periods;
    • Christmas/New Year
    • Easter
  2. Mid-Season applies to average school holiday period in NSW and Queensland.
  3. Low-Season applies to all other dates.

30% deposit is due at the time of booking; the final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Perfectly located within walking distance to a great variety of eateries, the lagoon, shops, markets etc. Also opposite a bus stop for tour pick up’s. Well —appointed, clean and stylish apartment, with amazing views and a beautiful swimming pool. AccomWhitsunday staff were friendly and efficient, with reminders and advising of any possible disruptions. Highly recommended!

Amazing stay!!! This has got to be the best place to stay at airlie, the view is unbelievable and the room is clean and large enough to comfortably fit 6 adults.
Very much worth the price, which mind you is very cheap for what you get.

Would definitly recommend to anyone looking!

We stayed at 103 Frangipani apartment Clean, spacious apartment & very close to the beach. Use of buggy was great. Would stay here again.

We stayed at Sappire Yamago for 2 weeks. Had an incredible time. The house is more or less on the beach and the views are stunning at sun rise and sun set. If you are looking for a secluded 5 star get away just outside the hustle and bustle of Airle then this is it. Julie was an amazing host nothing was too much trouble.
