Frequently Asked Questions
Do we need to complete the booking form?
The booking form needs to be completed and returned 21 days prior to arrival.
You need to ensure you include arrival and departure details to allow us to coordinate the Guest Liaison staff to greet you, or if travelling to Airlie Beach arrange key pick up.
You need to include credit card details to act as the bond/security for the property and complimentary buggy (Golf Buggy applies only to Hamilton Island).
We require at least one drivers licence to be completed.
What are the peak and off-peak seasons?
- Peak-Season applies to the following periods;
- Christmas/New Year
- Easter
- Mid-Season applies to average school holiday period in NSW and Queensland.
- Low-Season applies to all other dates.
What type of deposit is due and when is final payment required?
30% deposit is due at the time of booking; the final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
What is the cancellation policy?

My family and I had a great experience at the Beach Court accommodation. The location is excellent, and the unit was clean and well maintained when we arrived. One of the lights wasn’t working, but the management team responded quickly and had it fixed straight away. The complex was quiet and had all the facilities. I highly recommend this place for family groups including kids and elderly. 😊

The apartment was beautiful with a stunning view over the harbour, the beds were comfortable and the communication from the host fantastic. The location was perfect, no need to climb any hills, the apartment was close to the shops and the restaurants. The pool and spa was clean and tidy with plenty of room and was a welcome cool off in the afternoon. Over all I loved staying here and we will definitely be back again to stay with you in this beautiful part of Australia.

The apartment is In The most fantastic spot on Airlie Port and the views from the apartment were superb. I loved relaxing on the balcony watching the boats in the harbour. The apartment was clean and tidy and the host was very helpful. The restaurants and shops were so close and we didn’t have to climb any hills. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely return again to this magical part of Australia.

We stayed only 4 nights in July but the next time the apartment would be our choice again for a longer stay. It is up a steep hill and therefore quiet at night, but close to the shopping and dining area, a Woolworth is very close. The apartments balcony, living and dining room are directed to the bay, the view is stunning. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms, a nice kitchen- enough space and comfort to stay longer. The communication and check-in and -out were very nice and easy. The big infinity pool for all apartments was really great. We would recommend this apartment definitely!

We were booked our accommodation 7 seven days, ( though we missed a night due to a flight cancellation) We absolutely loved our accommodation at Azure Sea and Accom. Whitsunday were professional in our dealings from the moment we enquired about booking the property. It was spotless and maintained to a high standard. It had everything we needed for two adults and three teenagers. The out door area was so good that we spent a lot of our time just reading and enjoying the views. Highly recommended.
