Do we need to complete the booking form?
The booking form needs to be completed and returned 21 days prior to arrival.
You need to ensure you include arrival and departure details to allow us to coordinate the Guest Liaison staff to greet you, or if travelling to Airlie Beach arrange key pick up.
You need to include credit card details to act as the bond/security for the property and complimentary buggy (Golf Buggy applies only to Hamilton Island).
We require at least one drivers licence to be completed.
What are the peak and off-peak seasons?
- Peak-Season applies to the following periods;
- Christmas/New Year
- Easter
- Mid-Season applies to average school holiday period in NSW and Queensland.
- Low-Season applies to all other dates.
What type of deposit is due and when is final payment required?
30% deposit is due at the time of booking; the final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Stayed at the Lazy Breeze for 3 nights. Very nice apartments, well maintained and clean. Beautiful and spacious with a lovely look and feel. Every little utensil was provided including napkins and table placemats. Beds were comfortable and so was the lounge.
Accomm Whitsundays were easy to deal with, with multiple reminders via text and email with all the info we needed. Would 100% stay again.

Spent lots of time on the balcony, enjoying the views of the bay and colourful sunsets. Massive bedroom and bathroon, comfy king size bed. Great place to unwind and also close enough to "downtown" Airlie, with it's restaurants and bars.

We have just returned home after a great stay at Trees and Seas in Airlie Beach. Fantastic, large apartment - clean, well equipped and only a short walk up the big hill! Pool and spa area are great too. Accom Whitsunday were very helpful and responsive. No hesitation in recommending them!

We were lucky enough to spend some time at The Tropical House in Shute Harbour. It was brilliant! Most amazing views and great accommodation that worked well for 3 adult couples. Extremely well presented, private and clean. The pool was amazing! We had one of the best family holidays ever and would very much recommend this lovely home to others.

Amazing place to stay . So close to the main strip and clubs but still quiet when you want to just relax in comfort. The staff will ring to make sure everything is good. Weve stayed here twice and wont hesitate to book again .Highly recommend
